A set of empty states for Lantern, the AI CRM I took from 0 to 1 as founding designer.

Each card covers one locked part of the product, such as Spotlights, Notes, Contacts, Stakeholders, Communications, Intent Data or Trends. It gets its own soft icon, one line on what the full platform adds, and a single Unlock full platform button. One card is different: when there is no data yet, it asks you to connect the Lantern snippet to your website instead of offering an upgrade.

The layout never changes, so the only thing to read is the reason.
