Workflow automation — Job change workflow with grouped branches in Lantern

Lantern’s workflow builder, from the AI CRM where I was founding designer, with branches collapsed into groups.

This workflow starts when a job change is detected. It updates the lead source, sends a Slack message, then splits three ways: an AUS account (split again by revenue), no account found, or no contact or account found. Long branches fold into a group card that says how many actions it holds, so the canvas stays readable, and the Workflow summary panel on the left mirrors the same tree as an outline.
