Expanded Email View (customer support) — Customer support email view in HelloGov's admin panel

An email expanded inside the Communications tab of HelloGov’s admin panel.

The entry is an automated welcome email after an order, which the customer answered with a question and a callback request. Under a short summary, Email tracking history lists when the message was sent, delivered and viewed, which link was clicked and when the reply came.

Below it, the email itself renders as the customer saw it, template fields included, with a Finish my application now button. The order’s payment details stay in the side column, broken down per traveler.
