Feed card V2 — Job change contact card for Lantern's AI CRM
Two tabs of a contact card in Lantern, the AI CRM where I was founding designer. Job change puts the person’s old and new roles side by side, each with the company, title, website, headcount and revenue, tagged Old and New.
Communication splits into a list and a reader. Emails and support conversations with the account run down the left by date, and the selected one opens on the right with its type tags and full text. Seeing past conversations next to the job change helps a rep decide how to reach out.
