Lantern’s job changes feed, which shows when people move to a new company or into a new role. Each entry opens with one line of news: a company hired someone new into a role, in a given month. Under it, a card shows who moved, with their old and new companies side by side, tagged Old and New.

Every company card carries the logo, title, website, headcount and revenue, and a LinkedIn link sits on the person’s row. A green lightning icon on the timeline marks each event, so the page reads as a running log of signals.
