HelloGov - Admin & Customer application — HelloGov passport admin tools and customer portal

HelloGov from both sides: the admin tools the team uses to review every application, and the portal customers use to get their passport.

On the customer side, HelloGov AI checks the passport photo for a neutral expression, white background and image quality. A personal checklist lists every document needed, the application is broken into steps, and a tracking timeline follows the documents from sent to the passport agency, with text messages along the way.

On the admin side, a customer profile gathers contact details and every order, with each traveler’s service and status, next to Activity and Communications tabs.
