Document scanning in HelloGov, which guides people through a U.S. passport application instead of government forms. This is the mobile web flow.

The first screen lists everyone on the order with their own status and a Start or Rescan button, under a promise to check every document so applicants get approved on the first try. The scanning step asks for a photo of the signed application and says exactly what will be checked: the signature is in the right place, it’s in black or blue ink, and the date is less than 24 hours old.
