How HelloGov’s ordering and application fit together, from the first checkout step to the customer’s orders page.

Checkout is split into Service, Speed, Account, Shipping and Payment. It starts by asking who the order is for (just you, you and someone else, or someone else only) and which documents are needed, then moves to passport type and delivery speed. Badges for data protection, security and 24/7 support run under each title.

After checkout, the orders page greets the customer, shows progress on the renewal with a Continue button, and suggests partner offers for passport photos and an airport concierge.
