Passport Application — Passport renewal application steps page for HelloGov

The application page in HelloGov’s customer portal, as a customer sees it right after ordering a passport renewal.

There’s a single place to start: Step 1, the renewal application, with a progress bar at 0% and a Start application button. Step 2 already lists what will be needed (proof of name change, a passport photo and the government fee) but stays locked until the first step is done, and Step 3, printing the packet and verifying the documents, waits for both.

Seeing the whole path up front, people know how much is left. Need help? and Schedule call sit at the top.
