Passport application review screen for HelloGov — Passport application question screen for HelloGov
A question from HelloGov’s passport application, the guided alternative to government forms.
One question fills the page: do you have your passport book in your possession? An example passport shows exactly what’s meant, and three full-width answers cover every case: I have it, I’ve lost it, or I’ve never had one. On the left, the five sections of the application (passport details, about you, contact and identity, travel plans, review) show where you are, with a progress card for the percentage done and the step count.
