Quick Actions in Workflows — Bulk quick actions bar in Lantern workflow builder

Quick actions for a selection in Lantern’s workflow builder. Select several steps on the canvas and a floating bar appears at the bottom with four options: group, duplicate, delete or cancel.

The workflow behind it shows how branches read. Each condition sits on the line as a colored label (contact and account found, check if account has an owner, else), and each step card shows only its key settings: who it runs as, which object it updates, and a line describing the Slack message or email.

The summary panel in the corner lists the workflow’s three cases, each one expandable.
