The trigger card sets when the workflow runs, which AI model it uses and the phone number it calls from. Each Phone call step holds a list of prompts, such as welcoming the customer or asking a question and letting AI read the answer. Every prompt has its own connector, so the conversation can branch to a different next step depending on what was said, and Add prompt extends the script.
