The menu groups its pages into Account (profile, general, snippets), Company (company profile, team members, integrations, analytics) and Configuration (fields, field mappings, spotlight templates, grade portals, journeys, tags, triggers), so setup work sits apart from personal preferences.

The templates table lists situations a team can watch for, such as a champion who has departed, a drop in active users or several support tickets opened. Each is typed as relationship, churn risk or onboarding, with its number of phases and who created it.
