Telephony (Call tool / Customer support) — Support calling tool for HelloGov's passport admin panel

A calling tool that sits beside HelloGov’s admin panel, used by the support team to reach customers about their passport applications.

Five states fit in one narrow column. Current holds a number field that expands into a keypad. Once connected, a green card shows the customer’s name and number, a running timer, Hold, Help and a red End call. Next is a queue of assigned tasks, each a short note such as a refund request or a missed call, with a timer beside it. When the queue is empty, it simply says no tasks are assigned yet.
