Order tracking in HelloGov’s customer portal on mobile, across three stages of a passport renewal.

Every screen opens the same way: order number and date, links to the invoice and to schedule a call, and a card with the applicant’s details. Before documents arrive, the card holds a progress bar and one Continue button. Once they arrive, a vertical timeline marks each step, flags the current one as In-Review and explains in plain words what happens next and how long it takes.

The last screen marks the renewal as received and says when the customer’s data will be deleted, while order and invoice records stay available.
