Error & Success state — Utility login error modal for Public Grid onboarding
The error state from Public Grid’s utility connection flow, for when a National Grid login doesn’t work.
The modal says what went wrong in plain words: the email or password doesn’t match the National Grid account. It then offers two ways forward, Try again or Upload bill, so a failed login doesn’t end onboarding. A 3D illustration of a plug pulled from a red socket carries the message, and the lime primary button matches the rest of the flow.
